Had my tahoe inspected by them took it in to have the passenger rear rotor inspected for the squeaky noise coming from it. Was told that they did a break inspection. As well as a full inspection of the vehical. Told them three times what tire it was on and get a call back saying I need my breaks replaced. I just replaced them not even a month before driving from california to kansas. I just wanted a simple explanation on my rotor not a full body inspection. Took it to a mobile guy he diagnosed it as the rotor is bent so it needs changed. Didn't charge me a dime. These guys charged me 40 dollars bUT never answered the question I asked. Will not be a return customer and will refer ally friends and family in the area to the mobile service person. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Lyle, we are so very sorry that you had a poor experience at Brookside Auto Rx. We apologize again for informing you that you required brakes on your Tahoe. That was our mistake, as we had three of your same Model vehicles at our shop at the time. I know we remedied that confusion and apologized before you picked up your vehicle, but that error was on us. We are very happy to hear that you found a satisfactory solution to your issue. It is very important to find a place/person that you can rely on and trust. That is always our goal when it comes to our customers and on that day we fell short. Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve and train our staff even more effectively.
